National Power Engineers is an established Indian manufacturer and exporter of engineered mineral and lightweight material solutions for demanding oil-well applications. Founded in 2005, we operate two manufacturing sites and supply customers in more than one hundred countries.

Company story
Founded in 2005. Exporting since 2006.
National Power Engineers was founded in 2005 and has developed manufacturing and international export capabilities since its first export in 2006.
The company began with cenospheres and grew outward into silica and metallurgical materials as customers asked for more of their material list from a single supplier. A West Bengal manufacturing plant followed in 2006, and the first export shipment left in the same year.
NPE now operates two manufacturing sites, in West Bengal and Maharashtra, with a current annual manufacturing capacity of 4,000 MT — the level reached in 2021. Around 95% of output is supplied to export markets.
The primary application focus is oil-well applications. Material is processed, checked and packed against requirements agreed with each customer, so a grade behaves the same on the tenth order as it did on the first. Product grades and technical specifications are available on request.
