Questions procurement teams ask first
- Can you match an existing supplier's specification?
- Yes. Send the current specification sheet or certificate of analysis and we will confirm which of our grades matches, or whether a blend is required.
- What trial quantities are available?
- Sample quantities of 5–25 kg are typically available for laboratory evaluation, with 1 MT trial lots for pilot production.
- How is material packed for ocean freight?
- 25 kg bags on shrink-wrapped pallets, 1 MT jumbo bags or container bulk with liners and desiccant where the product is hygroscopic.
- Which documentation is issued with each shipment?
- Certificate of analysis, packing list, commercial invoice, SDS/MSDS and the certificates required by the destination market.
- How do I obtain a datasheet or safety data sheet?
- Technical documentation including TDS, SDS/MSDS, COA, product brochures and packaging specifications is available upon request through our Technical Resources page.
