Quality Assurance

Tested before dispatch, documented on arrival

Quality assurance at NPE is a release gate, not a certificate. Material moves only when measured values sit inside the specification agreed with your team.

Laboratory

In-house testing across every product family

Testing covers chemistry, particle size and density, with third-party verification available on request.

  • Incoming feedstock qualification before processing
  • In-process checks at drying, milling and classification
  • Batch release testing against the agreed specification
  • Retained samples held for post-dispatch traceability
Laboratory bench with sieve stack, precision balance and mineral samples
Chemistry, particle size and density are measured on every batch before a certificate of analysis is signed.

Test schedule

Checks and reported outputs

The checks applied to a grade are fixed with the customer, so each consignment is assessed the same way. Measured values are issued on request.

Commitments

What we commit to in writing

01

Specification sheets, per customer

Limits are agreed before the first order and become the release criteria for every batch that follows.

02

Sampling protocol

Composite sampling across the batch, retained samples held for traceability after dispatch.

03

Documentation pack

Certificate of analysis, packing list, SDS/MSDS and export documents issued with each shipment.

04

Non-conformance handling

Any deviation is reported before dispatch with a proposed disposition — never shipped and explained later.
