Process flow
Each stage has defined parameters and a recorded check before material moves forward.
Incoming material is received, identified and stored so each lot can be traced through the process.
Material is dried to reduce moisture ahead of milling, classification and packing.
Size reduction and classification bring material to the fineness or grain band required for the grade.
Separation steps remove unwanted fractions before the material moves to blending.
Batches are blended to hold the material within the range agreed with the customer.
Material is checked before release, then packed in the format agreed for the destination and route.
In-house capability
The same process capabilities are held at both manufacturing sites, so a grade can be produced against a single quality standard.
Release
Material is verified against the requirement agreed with the customer before it is packed. Certificates of analysis, safety data sheets and packaging specifications are issued on request.
Packaging format is selected with the customer for the destination market and transit route. Where a grade needs adjusting for a specific process, trial quantities are agreed before commercial supply begins.
